This is Halo-Halo,Tagalog for mix mix.
It's an odd little mixture of ice, milk, sugar, white beans that are shaped like kidney beans, tapioca balls, and a lot of other things...sometimes with bannanas, coconut etc. It's a great relief from the heat.
